Admission and Registration Conditions

The department accepts students with the result of the Higher Education Transition Exam conducted by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM). Registration conditions and procedures are carried out in accordance with Article 5 of Çankırı Karatekin University Associate and Undergraduate Education Regulation. 

Recognition of Prior Learning

Çankırı Karatekin University Associate and Undergraduate Education Regulation is made according to article 12. 

Transition to Higher Degree Programs

Candidates who have successfully completed their undergraduate education can continue their master`s and doctoral studies provided that they meet the application requirements.

Post Graduate Opportunities

Candidates who have successfully completed their undergraduate education can continue their master`s and doctoral studies provided that they meet the application requirements. Graduates can apply to post graduate and/or doctorate programs in many fields such as Child Development, Child Development and Education, Preschool Teaching, Educational Sciences, and Psychology. The areas to be applied can vary according to the conditions of the relevant higher education institution.

Assessment and Evaluation

It is carried out according to Çankırı Karatekin University Associate and Undergraduate Education Regulations.

Graduation Requirements

According to Çankırı Karatekin University Associate and Undergraduate Education Regulations;

ARTICLE 26 - (Amended: OJ-04/05 / 2014-28990)

1. a) Successfully completing the courses and applications stipulated by the diploma program in which they are registered
2. b) (Amended: RG-12/10 / 2020-31272) successfully completing two hundred and forty (240) ECTS credits,
3. c) The overall academic achievement grade point average must be at least 2.00.

Double Major- Minor Opportunity

The transition between Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs in Higher Education Institutions is carried out in accordance with the Regulation on the Principles of Transferring Credit Between Double Major, Minor, and Institutions.
