Our faculty started its education and training activities in the Nursing Department with 31 students as a Health College in the 1999-2000 academic year in the Çankırı Health Vocational High School building with the protocol signed between the Ministry of Health and the Council of Higher Education on 22.11.1997. It was connected to Çankırı Karatekin University in accordance with the law on the organization of higher education institutions numbered 5662 dated 17.05.2007 and the law on the amendments to the tables annexed to the decree law on the general staff and procedure of the academic staff of higher education institutions. With the decision numbered 2016/9007 published in the Official Gazette dated 05 August 2016 and numbered 29792, the Health College was closed and the Faculty of Health Sciences was established. Our faculty continues its education and training in its campus located in Uluyazı Campus as of 14 August 2023.
